Prior to joining Guarantee Mortgage, she was Vice President / Broker at Garban-Intercapital the world's largest inter-dealer broker in the financial markets for 13 years, followed by 5 years as a Systems Engineer / Director of Information Technology at multiple companies.

Tina is the Co-Founder of a successful women business owners group, www.NetworkingInSF.com. Tina has lived in San Francisco since 1985 and is very familiar with the Bay Area. Tina is an avid cyclist, in her free time she can be found riding on one of her bicycles or hiking the hills of Marin.
